To the Appeal Tribunal:

I am appealing the determination that I failed to report to the Workforce Solutions office for
Reemployment Orientation Services.

I was never notified of an appointment.

TWC's RESEA Program Guide states that a claimant selected for the program receives a letter telling
them about the RESEA program. I did not receive such a letter. I received no letter, no telephone
call, no email and no text message setting an appointment for Reemployment Orientation Services, and
I had no knowledge that an appointment had been scheduled.

I also did not receive the Information Request dated September 4, 2026 by mail. I first learned of
this matter when I saw it in my TWC online account, which is why my appeal was filed the same day the
determination issued.

I cannot have failed to report to an appointment I was never told about. I did not decline to
participate, and I did not choose to miss anything. Had I been notified, I would have attended.

I ask the Tribunal to determine what notice, if any, was actually issued to me regarding a
Reemployment Orientation Services appointment — the date it was created, the method used, and the
address or contact point used. I request that TWC's own correspondence record be part of the hearing
file.

I am currently employed. I am pursuing this appeal because the determination as issued is
incorrect on its facts, and because an ineligibility determination on this claim carries consequences
for any weeks already paid.
